Really appreciate Office Depot lately as they are just amazing deals, no limits, and they work with you! My oldest and I went in and I took a couple extra notebook paper. Figured I could ask if it was okay or if I could do a separate transaction for a bit more paper. The cashier was so lovely she said no problem and purchased three more paper.

This is a lesson to all check your receipts! I haven't been to Target in some time, but they changed things a bit, and check the coupons before your order. That was fine with me, but the prices on the receipt didn't reflect the sign tags that I saw in the store. It was almost $20 alone in things with different prices or just errors on the cashiers part. [I asked her to check a price for me because a sign said .85, but it rang up 2.79! So she never backed out that part of the order...oopsie!]

Well hello dear friends! First off this purchase was for a Groupon that I could actually use! It was a $10 for $20 gift certificate to Gino's Italian Market. Because I haven't used Groupon in a time they gave me a $3 credit. NICEEEEE!

Since I haven't been shopping in a bit this was to get a bit of meat to fill the freezer. They had a special deal for $29.99. The deal consist of:

Laundry Soap Experiment ---- Conclusion

Gone awhile...thought I abandoned the coupon crusade? NOPE NEVER! Ironically our stockpile was very helpful during a good time of struggle. Since DH has been out of work for medical reasons for half the year that has put both blessing, and time for need with that stockpile! Since April I have indeed shopped, but only for milk, and produce. We have spent very little in the grocery stores since couponing. So what a blessing!

Just an update on the Laundry soap experiment back in February.
Just a recap. We spent approx. $8.88. We started with the 1 tsp, but honestly it just wasn't enough for me. I went up to 2 tsp and it worked much better for us. Up until this very moment I thought I spent twenty bucks, but eight dollars!

**the orange peels were a great idea, but they burned out the coffee grinder. I am not sure of another way to NATURALLY scent the soap. Sooo the next batch I am going to dry lavender, and gardenia pedals, and see how that works.

Softsoap bars were on sale for $3.50e and $5ecb wyb2. After searching high and low there was no Softsoap. Then I went up front to ask questions...I always forget about rainchecks! So the cashier said he would match the price for any soap. Without the idles of gidders I cautiously asked any soap...even Dove? As you can see the answer was yes. Low and behold they didn't have the same bar count so he said....any once again. That amazingly expensive over seven dollars each soap cost us $3.50. There was a man also looking at soap as well so after the cashier was gone stated hey he could get in this deal as well ;).
